Two Brothers Indicted On Sex Abuse Charges

Two brothers have been indicted of sexually abusing two minor girls.

Thirty-nine-year-old Erich Rolon Riveros and 37-year-old Emerson Rolon Riveros Were indicted on Wednesday, November 2nd, by a Randall County Grand Jury.

The 39-year-old, Erich is accused of sex abuse of a child under 14, Indecency with a child sexual contact, and unlawful restraint less than 17 years old.

Emerson Riveros stands indicted on charges of Indecency with a child sexual contact, Unlawful restraint of a child, less than 17 years of age, and Attempted aggravated sexual assault of a child.

Criminal complaints filed in September also show that one of the victims under age 17 was abused by both brothers on different occasions.

There is a second victim in Erich’s case, a girl under the age of 14.

Erich was arrested Oct. 1 and released two days later on a $100,000 bond.

Emerson was arrested Oct. 11. His bond was set at $50,000. He’s in the Randall County Jail on an ICE Hold.
