Two Amarillo Teens are sitting in jail on alleged charges of weapons violations.
An investigation on Wednesday, after APD officers were tipped off that several gang members were in possession if firearms and an address was also included
Surveillance was carried out by the Departments NPO and PACE units and they found a white car, that left the home.
APD says they conducted a traffic stop, and the car got away from them for several blocks before stopping in the 2800 block of Magnolia.
Police say 19-year-old Jostavius Stiger and 19-year-old Clifton Holman, along with an unidentified woman and two juveniles, were in the car. Officers reportedly found three handguns underneath the front right passenger seat.
APD says Stiger and Holman were both arrested and booked into the Potter County Detention Center for “Tampering, Unlawful Carry of a Weapon, Eluding and on view traffic
