Motor cycle-Mustang Crash
Yet another Motor cycle crash in Amarillo, Thursday night,
This time, at 8:42 p.m., officers were dispatched to a major crash involving a motorcycle and a vehicle at Bell Street and Erik Avenue.
APD Says when they got there, they found a Kawasaki motorcycle northbound on Bell with two drivers, a 23-year-old man and a 22-year-old woman.
A 17-year-old man was driving a Mustang northbound on Bell Street East Frontage Road and was making a westbound turn into a private parking lot at 2200 Bell.
Officers say the motorcycle struck the driver’s side of the Mustang causing both motorcycle riders to be ejected.
Both motorcycle riders suffered life-threatening injuries and were transported to a local hospital.
Police are still investigating.
